Returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your PixiBeam Halo™ arrives damaged or is not functioning as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll organise a replacement or appropriate solution.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:

• Unopened, unused items returned within 30 days
• Orders cancelled before fulfilment
• Products that are faulty or defective on arrival

Used items are not refundable unless deemed defective.

Lost or Stolen Orders
PixiBeam™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen.
We recommend contacting your local courier or postal service to investigate delivery scans.
