Flat rate: $19.95 USD
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs processing, holidays, or peak periods. Most customers receive their PixiBeam Halo™ toward the earlier end of the estimated window.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Tracking & Delivery Delays
Tracking updates may occasionally pause while a parcel is in transit. This is normal.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will assist.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen, PixiBeam™ is not responsible for replacement or refund. We recommend contacting your local courier or postal service to investigate delivery scans.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses can be updated only if your order has not yet been dispatched.
If you need to change your address, please email pixibeamofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line “URGENT – Address Change.”
Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Customs & Import Fees
All customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are included in the purchase price for both Standard and Priority Express Shipping. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
If your PixiBeam Halo™ arrives damaged or is not performing as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Each PixiBeam Halo™ includes a 90-day performance guarantee and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
