What happens after placing my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately with the subject line “URGENT – Address Correction”.
We will do our best to update the details before your order is shipped.
If a parcel fails to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation.
How do I track my order?
Once your PixiBeam Halo™ ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
When will I receive my order?
Our current average shipping time is 8–14 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
You will receive full tracking updates from the moment your PixiBeam Halo™ is on its way.
Where will my package ship from?
We are an Australian-owned small business.
To keep shipping affordable and accessible worldwide, we partner with a trusted logistics facility in China, allowing us to deliver to multiple countries at a competitive rate.
Lost or stolen orders
PixiBeam™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen by the customer.
We cannot reimburse or replace orders once the carrier confirms successful delivery.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local courier or postal service to investigate the delivery scan.
