Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your PixiBeam Halo™ to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at pixibeamofficial@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your PixiBeam Halo™ arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for unused, unopened items returned within 30 days, orders cancelled before fulfilment, and products that are faulty or defective on arrival. Used items are not refundable unless deemed defective after inspection.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at pixibeamofficial@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the eligible item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.
Warranty & Performance Guarantee
Your PixiBeam Halo™ includes a 90-day performance guarantee and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled separately from refunds and may involve repair or replacement rather than a return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items damaged due to misuse, incorrect setup, or unauthorised modifications.
Lost or Stolen Orders
PixiBeam™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend contacting your local courier or postal service to investigate delivery scans.
Customs & Import Fees
For FREE Standard Shipping, all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are included in the product price. For Priority Express Shipping (DHL), all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are included in the shipping cost. There are no additional fees due on delivery. PixiBeam™ handles customs clearance on your behalf to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
