Do you ship internationally?
Yes, PixiBeam™ ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Information page for full details. If you need help with your order, our support team is available to assist.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Email pixibeamofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "URGENT – Address Change" and include your corrected address. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Help! I think my order is lost.
Tracking may temporarily show delays or no updates during transit. This is normal.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us for assistance.
Note: If a parcel is marked as "delivered" by the courier but is lost or stolen afterward, we are unable to offer compensation.

How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days (up to 5 business days during peak periods).
Delivery time: 8–14 business days, depending on location.
Tracking updates usually appear 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping times exclude customs or clearance delays.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If your PixiBeam Halo™ arrives damaged or not performing as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or solution.
Each PixiBeam Halo™ also includes a 90-day performance guarantee and a 12-month warranty against defects.
